How To Use Whatsapp On 4 Different Devices At The Same Time: Step By Step Process
WhatsApp introduced a feature called "Multi-device support," allowing users to use WhatsApp on up to four different devices simultaneously. Here's a step-by-step process on how to set it up:

Precondition

  • Make sure you have the latest version of WhatsApp installed on your primary device (the one where your WhatsApp account is set up)
  • Ensure your primary device is connected to the internet.

Steps to use WhatsApp on four different devices

  1. Update WhatsApp: Check for updates on your primary device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS) and update WhatsApp to the latest version available.
  2. Enable Multi-device support:
    • Open WhatsApp on your primary device.
    • Tap on the three dots (menu) in the top right corner (Android) or settings (iOS)
    • Go to "Linked Devices" or "WhatsApp Web/Desktop."
  3. Link Additional Devices:
    • Once multi-device support is enabled, follow the on-screen instructions to link other devices.
    • Open a web browser on the device you want to link and visit web.whatsapp.com or open the WhatsApp app for other devices
    • Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using the linked devices feature on your primary device.
    • Follow the prompts to link the secondary device
  4. Repeat for Other Devices:
    • Repeat the linking process for up to three additional devices (four in total).
  5. Use WhatsApp on Multiple Devices:
    • Once linked, you can use WhatsApp on all these devices simultaneously.
    • All messages and media will be synced across these devices in real-time

Important Notes:

  • Your primary device needs to have an active internet connection for the secondary devices to work.
  • Ensure that you're using the latest version of WhatsApp on all linked devices for the best experience.
  • Not all features may be available on linked devices, and some functionalities might differ from the primary device
  • WhatsApp frequently updates its features, so if there have been changes or additions to this functionality after my last update, it's a good idea to check the official WhatsApp support or website for the most current instructions
